These Terms & Conditions govern your use of chariacademy.org (the "Platform"), operated by Chari Academy. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform supports several account types: student, guardian, instructor, and administrative staff. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
Purchasing or enrolling in a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that course's materials, lessons, and live class sessions for your own learning. You may not share your account or redistribute course content to others.
Course prices are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners (Stripe or PayPal); by making a payment you also agree to that provider's own terms. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund conditions.
The Platform can automatically issue a certificate of completion once you finish all materials in a course. Certificates reflect completion on this Platform and are not, unless separately stated, accredited by any external examination board.
You agree not to: upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the Platform's systems; interfere with the Platform's normal operation; or use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate teaching and learning.
Course content, branding, and the Platform itself are the property of Chari Academy and its instructors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, without affecting any refund rights you may separately have under our Refund Policy.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Chari Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
